F. Zimmermann GmbH was founded in 1933 in Germany and is headquartered in the Stuttgart region and currently employs 190 people worldwide. We develop and manufacture CNC portal milling machines for the aerospace and automotive industries. Field Service Technician

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Provide high quality, efficient and timely machine/tooling installation, repair and maintenance at customer site as assigned
  • Write detailed reports after each service visit. Must have the ability to accurately document, complete and report required information for work records, customers and internal records
  • Consult with other team members, internal departments and/or external vendors to resolve issues related to installation, service/repair, etc.
  • Assist departments like Customer Service, Warehouse, and Shipping as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
